Shipping and Production Process
At Otto Silver, we take great pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of every piece we create. While we strive to process and ship most orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that the production of certain silver rings may take between 6 to 12 weeks depending on their specific features, size, and the complexity of the design. We are dedicated to completing your unique piece at the earliest possible stage without compromising our high standards of quality. Once your order is finalized and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that for international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied by their respective countries.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. For ring size issues, we offer a one-time exchange; in this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while we cover the shipping of the new size. However, please note that personalized or custom-engraved items, as well as special made-to-order pieces, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@ottosilverjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can assist you immediately.
How to Return
If you wish to return a non-custom item, please email us at info@ottosilverjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
